Gail Stewart is really going out on a limb by training to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in the name of Big Worms CF Foundation. Worm was a true inspiration and one of my best friends. He passed away in 2008 from a lifelong battle with CF, but not without starting his nonprofit organization that is being run by his family and close friends. Take a look at the video, click over to the website and if anything learn a bit about CF and if you have an extra dollar or two..any bit helps...
Last week CDM and Mikey detemple jammed up to San Onofre for an afternoon longboard session. I was a bit hesitant to go, as I had just come home from a trip and was tired, but Chris got me pysched and we went up. Surfer Magazine made a gallery of a few of our images from the day and a couple others from Santa Cruz...You can check them out here...A few were kept for the mag, but here's a couple outtakes from the session!

He was the first person to bring me to Mavericks and we have been shooting together ever since I got a camera...He's pretty much the man and is not scared of Big waves...I'll let the video say the rest.
Last week I had the pleasure of spending 5 days in Santa Cruz with some of the worlds best longboarders and happened to luck into some great waves too! Below is a link to a gallery that Surfer put up with my images from the event. I owe a big thank you to the guys at Surfer for posting the images along with Joel, Scott, and Nolan for inviting me and the rest of the Vans crew! See you in Spain!!!
I think it is safe to say that most if not every photographer is a fan of photography. Surfer Magazine just released a web story of some of there best photos from 2010...Below are a couple of my photos that were included...
Decio from Portugal sent me an email out of the blue about his new Surf Hostel he opened up in Portugal and they had a graffiti artist do there rendition of a photo that Greg Long and I shot together two years ago..I keep saying how much better people look with there right foot forward!
